FloorWorks, Inc. was founded by owner Doug Phillips in 1998. With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Doug decided to specialize in the hardwood and laminate areas of floor covering. In 1996, Doug became one of the first Endorsed Installers for Pergo laminate flooring. In 1999, Doug helped open the Pergo Endorsed Installer training facility in Jacksonville, FL and still conducts installation training for Pergo. In 2000, Doug became a member of the Armstrong Installation Training Network. In 2002, Doug also became a member of the Kahrs Koncept training program for Kahrs Hardwood flooring.

Robin Powers is our Operations Manager. She manages all day to day operations. Robin has over 10 years experience in the flooring industry from retail sales to installation management.
